I was recommended this hotel by some friends from the area. I am in awe for the immaculate culture of this hotel. The environment is perfect, and especially the bar area which is fantastic! The staff here are wonderful. My recent stay couldn’t have been any better! I would like to give an honorable mention is a young man named Neetya (I believe that’s how you spell it) who has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but this man was a bundle- of-joy! I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.
I had a really great stay at this hotel from start to finish. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff made me feel welcome right away. Ben helped me when I arrived and was genuinely kind and helpful, he answered a few questions about the area, explained everything clearly, and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet at night, which I really appreciated. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and everything in the room worked properly. The hotel itself felt well taken care of, and the common areas were clean and nice to walk through. Overall, it was a smooth and relaxing experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
Rooms are super clean and tidy. The facility is nicely laid out with a common work area and comfortable patio for socializing and relaxing. Best of all the staff was helpful and friendly. Layla gave me absolute most warm and lovely welcome and really set the tone of my whole stay. Abby was also an absolute gem and made everything so easy.
We had such a nice stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everything felt well taken care of, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. A special thank you to Abby and Minna — they were both incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their friendly attitudes made our experience even better!
I have been to the Moxy a couple time but recently the customer service has been phenomenal. I needed help with some technical issues and Coco at the front desk was more than helpful. She was super nice and it was obvious she was educated on providing good customer service. Love the Moxy, I nightly recommend you at minimum to check it out.
Moxy Boulder is awesome!! Every time we come to Boulder we stay here!! Best location, chic, lively, fun bar, rooms comfy, and friendliest staff. Shout out to Abby and Ben at the front desk! You welcome guests perfectly with your huge smiles and helpful nature. Sko Buffs!
The moxie has become one of my go to spots before any sort of event at the university - the bar is a beautiful space to hang and has friendly staff and great drinks. Big shout out to Abby, she always greets us with a big smile and is living proof that great customer service still exists!
I made a mistake in my booking and had booked the wrong date. the staff was awesome about a finding me a room on a completely sold out weekend. Abby, Layla, and Maddie were so helpful and nice to deal with. Top notch people. I have had an excellent experience every time I stay here
